Big River Vacation Packages

No one came to clean our room. Not once. I had to ask to borrow a broom and mop to clean our own room. No one came to take out our garbage and change the sheets or make the beds even though I’d asked every day to have this done. Every time we used the sink it would just fill up. When maintenance would he’d plunge the sink. Make a mess and walk away not actually solving the problem by cleaning out the trap. The cleaning staff yells up and down the hallway all day long disturbing the guests that are trying to rest. In their rooms. They advised smart TVs but there was not one in my room. Every time we used the microwave the breaker switched off to our room and several others. All they did was flip it back on over and over until I asked for a different microwave. Honestly. The worst stay and most absurd service ever. I watched the maid service go in and out of rooms cleaning (when they weren’t busy talking and yelling at each other) but not our room

There were hair on the bed. Which is unacceptable if the rooms are cleaned properly there shouldn’t be ladies hair on the bed.
